From the front-end development side, we prioritized a smooth and intuitive order creation experience, reducing friction in high-volume sales environments. The layout balances clarity with functionality—users can rapidly generate, review, and track orders with minimal clicks. Every element, from item addition to status monitoring, is built to support real-time operational needs and ensure sales data flows seamlessly through the ERP ecosystem.

HOW IT WORKS

Users can view a list of all sales orders in a structured table, showing key metrics for quick reference and follow-up. Creating a new order is initiated via the “Create New Sales Order” button, which triggers a form allowing users to input customer and company details, optionally mark it as a drop-ship order, and add items by selecting SKUs, setting quantities, and unit prices. Items can be added dynamically before finalizing the order, ensuring accuracy and customization.

What is Sales Order Management from Agriflow ERP?

The Sales Order module in AgriFlow ERP is a centralized system for managing outbound product sales to customers like supermarkets, grocers, and wholesalers. Each Sales Order (SO) contains essential information including SO Number, Customer Name, Company, Total Amount, Status (e.g., In Transit, Delivered), and the Date it was created. This tool ensures traceable, organized, and efficient handling of customer orders from creation to fulfillment.
