Each dispatch task is listed with full context—including the SO number, delivery type, pickup and drop-off locations, assigned carrier, and timestamped pickup confirmation. Users can track logistics progress at a glance, seeing exactly when and who picked up the goods. For newly created tasks, logistics staff input essential delivery data such as the driver or carrier name, PPE costs, and delivery address. Status updates like “Confirmed Delivery” are handled through clean UI triggers, keeping the operations team in sync across every step of the delivery process.
