How It Works
The Human Resources module in Jeron ERP streamlines employee management by offering a centralized system that covers the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retirement. It begins with the Recruitment feature, where HR teams can post openings, track applicants, and manage candidate evaluations within the system. Once hired, employees are onboarded directly into the Employee Management section, where profiles store essential records like roles, departments, contracts, and personal information.
Daily operations are powered by the Attendance tracker, which logs working hours, leaves, and shift schedules—feeding directly into the Payroll module for accurate, automated salary computation. Payroll integrates taxes, deductions, bonuses, and benefits, ensuring full compliance and timely disbursement. This tight integration reduces manual work, eliminates errors, and gives HR leaders a real-time view of their workforce. It’s a smart, scalable way to handle HR across growing teams and multiple locations.
