Our goal was to design an interface that doesn’t just show data—but tells a story: from procurement to processing outcomes. Every visual component, from batch lists to processing stage tables, has been carefully crafted to deliver clarity and ease of use.

By empowering users with a full timeline of their production batches—along with real-time calculations of WAC and efficiency—this module supports smarter inventory control and more predictable outcomes. Whether for small farms or large agri-enterprises, the Palay Production Batches module helps close the loop between procurement and output, driving better decisions from seed to silo.

HOW IT WORKS

Users can view all existing batches in a clean, tabular layout displaying essential metrics for each. Creating a new batch is seamless—clicking the “Create New Production Batch” button opens a modal where users can optionally enter a description and select eligible purchase orders that are received, classified, and unbatched. Once created, each batch displays its processing stages like Reception and Drying, showing changes in weight, updated WAC, efficiency, and any relevant notes.

The Palay Production Batches module in AgriFlow ERP allows users to create, track, and manage batches of palay throughout the production cycle. It consolidates purchase orders into a single batch and records the journey of that batch—from initial reception to various processing stages—capturing crucial metrics like weight, cost per kilogram (WAC), and processing efficiency. Each batch is tagged with a unique Batch No., contains a description, and shows real-time data on its current status, initial weight, and associated purchase orders.

This feature is essential for agricultural businesses looking to maintain full traceability, streamline operations, and analyze performance. By tying together procurement data and production flow, it provides actionable insights into quality, cost, and yield efficiency—ensuring that every production decision is grounded in real data.
