How It Works

The Task Manager in AgriFlow ERP is a centralized workspace for managing internal assignments across departments such as finance, logistics, HR, procurement, and operations. It allows teams to create, assign, and track tasks with priority levels, due dates, and tags that link them to related documents like POs, batches, or sales orders. Each task displays its status (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Completed) and is tied to a specific assignee, helping ensure accountability and cross-functional coordination.

Users can filter tasks by assignee, status, and priority or search directly using tags like purchase order IDs. Tasks can be viewed in list or Kanban format for better workflow visualization. With the “New Task” function, users can assign actionable items to the right team members, monitor progress, and keep track of deadlines. Whether it’s processing payments, planning schedules, reconciling finances, or coordinating logistics, the Task Manager keeps your operations structured and transparent across the organization.
