This project centers on the design and front-end development of the Vendor Management module within AgriFlow ERP—a platform tailored for agricultural cooperatives and enterprise-level procurement. The goal was to create an interface that simplifies vendor oversight while maintaining deep functionality, ensuring users can easily view, manage, and update vendor information in real time. Built with performance and clarity in mind, the module integrates responsive design, intuitive layouts, and modular components to support fast-paced decision-making across both desktop and mobile environments.

How It Works
The Vendor Management module operates as the central hub for all supplier-related activities within AgriFlow ERP. Upon accessing the screen, users are presented with a dynamic table listing all registered vendors, each row containing key fields such as vendor number, name, contact details, email, phone, and operational status. This layout allows for rapid data scanning and immediate access to critical information.
Users can perform core actions directly from the table—such as editing vendor details, managing pricing agreements, or checking the vendor’s status—via action buttons within each row. The “Add Vendor” button, placed prominently at the top right, allows users to onboard new suppliers quickly with a clean and straightforward form. The inclusion of QR data per vendor hints at deeper integrations with inventory or logistics modules, facilitating real-world scanning for quicker identification or linking. Everything is designed to minimize clicks, reduce data entry friction, and ensure vendor data remains up-to-date and actionable.
